今日縣務會議當中，代理縣長吳澤成特別要求與會主管轉達基層同仁，在與人民互動時，要注意禮貌，尤其電話的禮貌。吳澤成說，有民眾打電話到警察局勤務中心要找公關室主任，結果接電話的值班人員說公關室主任不是這支電話，接著就直接掛電話，也沒有幫忙轉接。
吳澤成說，這位打電話的人是民意代表，因此，還有機會向他反映。假如是一般民眾，可能就投訴無門。因此，他特別要求與會主管務必轉達基層同仁，在與民眾互動時要注意禮貌，尤其電話禮貌。吳澤成說，人民是客戶，客戶跟你講話，你沒有耐心聽，那憑什麼領薪水？
